WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All our products are hand printed just for you so we ask that you consult the sizing guide before ordering.  Maybe measure a favourite sweater or hoodie to compare for the best fit.  This should mean you don't need to order more than one just for trying on with the intent to return one. 

However, should you feel that you have ordered the wrong size, you are of course welcome to return and reorder. 

The return cost is your responsibility.

Personalised items (e.g. Year of Birth) are not eligible for returns unless faulty, in which case an exact replacement will be arranged.
